Asante Sana means very simply THANK YOU! And it comes from ALL of the children who have been helped to date and those will be helped in the future.

Asante Sana was established in 2011 following several years of informal participation in helping various organizations in the North East corner of Tanzania, in the shadow of the mighty mountain Kilimanjaro.

Asante Sana was established to provide help in 3 distinct areas:

Asante Sana’s focus is on 4 different and distinct organizations:

• Mbahe Primary School:
  Comprising 2 schools Mbahe & Ngaroni
• Huruma Hospital
• Upendo Club
• Light in Africa

Our goal is to ensure that as close as possible to 100% of the funds raised go directly to one of the groups named above. And, every donor will be able to specify the organization to which their funds will go.
